随着铁路运输的发展,为了铺设25米重轨、轨枕的轨排和吊装大揭盖清筛机等大修机械的需要,现有各型龙门铺轨设备已不能满足线路大修的要求,很有必要设计新的重型龙门铺轨机。为此,铁道部工务局于3月24、25日在京召开了重型龙门铺轨机设计方案审查会。会上,专业设计院提出起重量为10吨的两个设计方案,其走行部分分别是液压转腿式和丝杠垂直伸缩式,两个方案都保持了目前普遍采用的铺轨作业工艺,并均采用箱形焊接结构。与会代表对此方案提出了宝贵意见,为了彻底解决75型龙门铺轨机存在的问题,认为应将两个方案综合起来,尽快地完成初步设计。最后,工务局总工程师刘峰同志对设计原则作了明确的指示,责成专业设计院按新方案
