在课程改革中,教师的观念得到了转变,教师的思想开始解放。学生的自主学习、合作学习、探究性学习的方式在课堂上得到了体现。同时,班上学生成绩两极分化严重,差距越来越大,使教师在教学过程中很难全部兼顾,新课改确实在诸多方面取得了一定的成就,但还存在着制约课改发展的一些因素,如:中小学教材的选用与衔接;城乡差别;评价体制等。特别是边远的农村地区,教师更是面临严峻的时代挑战。既要抓好素质教育,同时也得兼顾学生的学业考试成绩。教师在力求克服一切困难的同时设法做到两全其美。
In the curriculum reform, the concept of teachers has been changed and the teachers’ ideology has begun to liberate. The students’ self-learning, cooperative learning, and exploratory learning were reflected in the classroom. At the same time, the students’ grades in the class are severely polarized and the gaps are getting larger and larger. This makes it difficult for teachers to take care of everything in the teaching process. The new curriculum reform has indeed achieved certain achievements in many aspects, but there are still some constraints on the development of curriculum reform. Factors such as the selection and convergence of primary and secondary school teaching materials; differences between urban and rural areas; evaluation systems. Especially in remote rural areas, teachers are also faced with severe challenges of the times. It is necessary to do a good job of quality education. At the same time, we must also take into account the student’s academic test scores. While trying to overcome all difficulties, teachers try to achieve the best of both worlds.
