维果斯基的“最近发展区”理论认为:每个学生都存在着两种发展水平,一是现有水平,二是潜在水平,它们之间的区域被称为“最近发展区”。教学只有从这两种水平的个体差异出发,把最近发展区转化为现有发展水平,并不断创造出更高水平的最近发展区,才能促进学生的发展。本人在初中语文的日常教学中重视因材施教,进行了分层设计辅导,不同层次的练习、检测,从而使各类学生分别在各自学习的起点上选择不同的速度获取数量层次
Vygotsky’s “Development Zone ” theory that: each student there are two levels of development, one is the current level, the second is the potential level, the area between them is called “recent development zone ”. Only by starting from the individual differences between these two levels, teaching can turn the nearest development into an existing level of development and continue to create a higher level of recent development in order to promote the development of students. In my junior high school Chinese teaching, I pay attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. I conducted different levels of counseling and testing at different levels so as to enable students of all kinds to select different levels of learning speed
