随着经济全球化进程的深入,越来越多的企业进入“无国界竞争”时代,国际化成为中国企业的热点问题。本文认为企业国际化经营主要基于成本优势、市场差价、网络利益、推广专有技能和学习效益等,而且利益的获得与企业的国际化战略息息相关。
With the deepening of economic globalization, more and more enterprises have entered the era of “borderless competition” and internationalization has become a hot issue for Chinese enterprises. This paper argues that the internationalization of enterprises is mainly based on cost advantages, market spreads, network benefits, promotion of know-how and learning benefits, etc., and the acquisition of benefits is closely related to the internationalization strategy of enterprises.
