以保持力强的二九矮、V41、珍97和雅矮早为基因供体,采用聚合杂交和早代配合力测定,育成了大穗型高配合力早税不育系冈46A.并对其制种繁殖特征、可恢性和配合力进行了系统研究.结果表明,冈46A花时早,柱头外露率和制繁产量高,可恢性好,配合力强.用冈46A作亲本已组配出冈优12、冈优22、冈优多系1号等21个杂交种,在南方稻区和四川区试中表现出来种优势强,适应性广,比对照汕优63或矮化S显著增产.
Using the hybrids and the early mating ability determination, two hybrids, D4a, V41, Zhen97 and Yazhouzao as gene donors, were bred to form the large-spike type high-combining early-maturing male sterility line Gang 46A. And systematically studied its seed multiplication characteristics, recoverability and combining ability. The results showed that Gang 46A spent early, the stigma exserted rate was high and the yield was high, with good recovery and good combination ability. In Gang 46A, 21 hybrids such as Gangyou 12, Gangyou 22 and Gangyouduo 1 were used as parents, and they showed strong superiority and wide adaptability in rice trial in South China and Sichuan. Shanyou 63 or dwarf S significantly increased.
