多年来,由于滚动轴承的应用在机械领域起着非常重要的作用,而且滚动轴承的运行状态正常与否对整个机器的性能影响很大。所以,滚动轴承的状态监测一直是机械故障诊断的重要内容。本文首先对目前存在的各种轴承状态监测的方法做了深刻的利弊分析,从而得出了运用MATLAB以及小波分析神经网络对滚动轴承的状态进行精确监测的方法模型。
For many years, the application of rolling bearings has played a very important role in the field of machinery, and the normal operation of rolling bearings has a great impact on the performance of the entire machine. Therefore, the status monitoring of rolling bearings has always been an important part of mechanical fault diagnosis. In this paper, firstly, a profound pros and cons analysis is made on the existing bearing condition monitoring methods, and the method model of accurately monitoring the rolling bearing status by using MATLAB and wavelet analysis neural network is obtained.
