履职能力是指个人承担岗位的资质和能力。员工要胜任某项工作,必须要掌握岗位要求的基本知识,具备岗位要求的工作能力,员工履职能力是在不断的自身学习和工作实践中慢慢积累、沉淀的一种综合能力。中层干部是企业内部上下沟通的桥梁,担负着承上启下、领导协调、专业管理等重要职责,中层干部的履职能力水平直接影响到企业战略决策的执行,关系到企业的发展速度。因此,加强中层干部素质提升,不断提高其履职能力,对企业的发展具有极其重要
Duty performance refers to the qualifications and ability of individuals to assume positions. Employees must be qualified for a certain job, must master the basic knowledge of job requirements, have job capabilities required by the job, and employees’ ability to perform their duties is an integrated capability that is gradually accumulated and precipitated in continuous self-learning and work practice. The middle-level cadres are the bridges for communication between the upper and lower levels of the company, and they are responsible for the important responsibilities such as commitment, leadership, coordination, and professional management. The level of performance of middle-level cadres directly affects the implementation of strategic decision-making, and relates to the speed of development of the company.
