[目的]观察中西医结合治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折的疗效。[方法]对120例患者采用“C”型臂X光机下手法复位、经皮加压空心螺钉内固定、术后配合中药内服外用治疗。治疗3个月为1个疗程,随访6个月～3年进行疗效判定。[结果]优66例,良45例,差9例。[结论]经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术加中药治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折创伤小,疗效满意,可最大限度预防骨不连与股骨头坏死等并发症的发生,是首选治疗方法。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of integrative treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures. [Method] 120 patients were treated with “C” arm X - ray machine and percutaneous compression screw fixation. After operation, they were treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine. Treatment for 3 months for a course of treatment, followed up for 6 months to 3 years to determine the efficacy. [Results] Excellent in 66 cases, good in 45 cases and poor in 9 cases. [Conclusion] Percutaneous compression screw fixation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of fresh femoral neck fractures with less trauma and satisfactory curative effect can prevent the occurrence of complications such as nonunion and femoral head necrosis to a great extent. It is the first choice of treatment.
