以溴庚烷 (溴壬烷 )和丙炔醇为基本原料 ,通过红外光谱和核磁共振波谱分析 ,合成了茶长卷叶蛾性信息素 :(Z)— 9—十二碳— 1—醇乙酸酯 ;(Z)— 11—十四碳烯— 1—醇乙酸酯和 11—十二碳— 1—醇乙酸酯 ,总产率分别为 5 1%、48%和 66%。加入四氢呋喃 ,可以使溴庚烷与丙炔醇锂盐反应 ,生成 2—癸炔— 1—醇 (Ⅱa)的产率达到 90 %。然后 ,在乙二胺钠 /乙二胺的条件下得到 90 %的 9—癸炔— 1—醇 (Ⅲa)。按照常规方法处理Ⅲa(或Ⅲb)可得到茶长卷叶蛾性信息素。
Using brominated heptane (bromononane) and propargyl alcohol as the basic raw materials, we synthesized the sex pheromone of (Z) - 9 - dodecyl - 1 - alcohol acetic acid by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Ester; (Z) -11-tetradecene-1-ol acetate and 11-dodecyl-1-ol acetate with overall yields of 51%, 48% and 66%, respectively. By addition of tetrahydrofuran, bromoheptane can be reacted with lithium propynoxide to yield 90% yield of 2-decyne-1-ol (IIa). Then, 90% of 9-decyne-1-ol (IIIa) was obtained under ethylenediamine sodium / ethylenediamine conditions. According to the conventional method of treatment Ⅲ a (or Ⅲ b) can be obtained from tea leaf roller sex pheromone.
