近几年我国大范围在推广对标管理,这种管理方式与传统的方式相比具有非常明显的优势。通过在同一个行业中树立一个标杆,建立合理的评价指标,评估企业本身与标杆企业之间的差距,找出其原因加以改进,以此来提升自身的管理水平,能够取得较为明显的效果。本文主要探讨了石油企业的标杆管理,对其重要意义与提升管理水平的对策进行了分析与研究。
In recent years, China’s extensive promotion of benchmarking management, this management approach compared with the traditional approach has a very clear advantage. By establishing a benchmark in the same industry, establishing a reasonable evaluation index, assessing the difference between the enterprise itself and the benchmarking enterprise, finding out the reason and improving it so as to enhance its management level and obtain more obvious results. This paper mainly discusses the benchmarking management of petroleum enterprises, and analyzes and studies the important significance and countermeasures to improve the management level.
