在工程建筑的不断发展的背景下,各种建筑企业已经无法满足工程建筑发展的需要,在该情况下不少小承包商逐渐涌现出来,这类承包商资质与施工经验无法满足一些大合同要求,经常是分包大企业承包的工程。这样不只解决了一些大企业因为对外拓展导致的资源问题,还可以使得小企业生存下来。本文就建筑工程的分包管理中存在的风险进行分析,并提出建筑工程的分包管理风险预防和控制策略,进而促进建筑行业蓬勃发展。
Under the continuous development of engineering construction, various construction enterprises have been unable to meet the needs of the development of engineering construction. This article analyzes the risks existing in the subcontract management of construction projects and proposes the risk prevention and control strategies of subcontracting management of construction projects to promote the vigorous development of the construction industry.
