中国企业境外上市是我国深化改革和扩大开放的一项重要政策。从1993年～1998年至今已有43家企业在境外发行股票并上市,筹资105余亿美元。在这43家企业中,33家单独在香港联交所上市,8家同时在香港和美国上市,2家同时在香港和伦敦上市,1家单独在美国上市,1家在新加坡上市。中国企业境外上市产生的积极作用表现在:一是为企业发展筹集大量建设资金;二是一批重点企业直接进入国际资本市场,推进了国有企业转换经
The overseas listing of Chinese companies is an important policy for deepening reform and opening wider to the outside world. From 1993 to 1998, 43 companies have issued stocks overseas and listed them, raising more than US$105 billion. Of these 43 companies, 33 were listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, 8 were listed in Hong Kong and the United States, 2 were listed in Hong Kong and London, 1 was listed in the United States alone, and 1 was listed in Singapore. The active role of Chinese companies in overseas listing is manifested in the following aspects: First, a large number of construction funds are raised for the development of enterprises; second, a group of key enterprises directly enter the international capital market, and promote the conversion of state-owned enterprises.
