为提高运载火箭构件抗压强度测试过程的自动化程度及改善测试精度,设计了一个计算机控制的自动压力加载系统,提出了一种主、辅阀双控制器协调控制系统结构,解决了该系统在具体实现中的特殊非线性问题.同时为提高压力控制精度和大偏差下的系统快速平稳归零,针对其中的主阀控系统引入了粗精双模态控制,并详细讨论了实现过程中的切换问题.仿真证明:设计的系统具有良好的控制特性,能够完成0.1-5.0 MPa的水压自动加载,压力加载分辨率为0.05 MPa,控制精度可达到0.5%FS.
In order to improve the automation degree and improve the testing accuracy of the compressive strength test of launch vehicle components, a computer-controlled automatic pressure loading system is designed and a double-controller coordinated control system structure of primary and secondary valves is proposed. In the meantime, in order to improve the pressure control accuracy and large deviation quickly and smoothly under the condition of zero deviation, the main valve control system is introduced into the coarse and precise dual-mode control, and a detailed discussion of the implementation of the process Switching problems.The simulation results show that the designed system has good control characteristics and can accomplish automatic water pressure loading of 0.1-5.0 MPa with a pressure loading resolution of 0.05 MPa and control accuracy of 0.5% FS.
