建立了可用于精馏过程和催化精馏过程计算的二对角矩阵法,比较了三对角矩阵法和二对角矩阵法在精馏和催化精馏过程计算的稳定性和收敛性.结果表明,二对角矩阵法的收敛性和稳定性均优于三对角矩阵法,在用于醋酸甲酯水解催化精馏过程的模拟中得到了满意的结果.
The diagonal matrix method which can be used in the calculation of the distillation process and the catalytic distillation process was established. The stability and convergence of the three diagonal matrix method and the diagonal matrix method in the process of distillation and catalytic distillation were compared. The results show that the convergence and stability of the two diagonal matrix method are superior to the tridiagonal matrix method. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the simulation of the catalytic distillation process of methyl acetate hydrolysis.
