目的:快速提取及测定六合定中丸中厚朴。方法:用ASF300型快速溶剂萃取系统进行萃取六合定中丸中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚,利用反相高效液相色谱法测定厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。使用DiamonsilTM C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(79:21:0.25),流速:1.0ml/min,检测波长:294nm,柱温:23℃。结果:厚朴酚及和厚朴酚进样浓度均在6.25~400ug·ml-1.范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.50%和99.91%。结论:本方法简便,准确,专属性强,能有效的控制定中丸的质量。
Objective: To rapidly extract and measure Liuheding pills Medium Magnolia officinalis. Methods: Magnolol and honokiol were extracted with ASF300 rapid solvent extraction system, and magnolol and honokiol were determined by RP-HPLC. Diamonsil ™ C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase: methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (79:21:25), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, the detection wavelength was 294 nm, and the column temperature was 23 ° C. Results: The concentrations of magnolol and honokiol were all linearly correlated with the peak area in the range of 6.25-400 ug · ml-1. The average recoveries (n = 6) were 99.50% and 99.91%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific and can effectively control the quality of Dingzhong Pills.
