作者对81例MDS患者及10例对照作了红细胞及髓细胞克隆培养的研究.按FAB标准分型,计RA 23例、RAS 13例、CMML 20例、RAEB 21例、RAEBt 4例.全部患者在研究时均未接受化疗.患者还按Bournemouth积分(BS)的标准进行分组,即每符合下列一条标准记1分:Hb<10g/dl;中性粒细胞<2.5×10~9/L;血小板<100×10~9/L;骨髓原始细胞>5%.据此,0分12例,1分37例,2分16例,3分7例,4分9例.培养情况经统计学处理结果如下:1、CFU-GM对FAB:CMML的CFU-GM的中位数显著高于RAEB(P=0.006)及RAEBt.与对照组比较,20例CMML中9例CFU-GM的生长增多.2、CFU-
