有人把学校的教育教学形象地说成是一种塑造和创造性活动,既然如此,那么这种塑创活动就必须因势而变、因人而创。唯有如此,才能塑造有效果、创造有新意,否则很可能就是微效劳动甚至是徒劳。因此在学校教育中,我们首先要认真解读和剖析当前的得失与成败,并在这一基础之上,有针对性、创造性地提出一系列的整改设想和措施,在付诸行动之中进行不断地实践、总结和完善,从而开创并逐步形成一条富有个性化特征的教学改革之路。基于上述考虑,应对职高体育教学进行多层面观察、深入性调研和社会化思考,以便从中学习一些比较成功的实践性做法,得到点滴体会。
