开展锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁受弯试验,研究分析不同锈蚀率下的钢筋混凝土梁受弯承载力及其失效模式。研究表明,当试验梁纵筋锈蚀率较低时(ηz≤10%),构件承载性能随锈蚀率增加而不断降低。当纵筋锈蚀率较高时,锈蚀率对构件承载性能的影响具有一定的不确定性,当纵筋锈蚀率ηz>15%时,试验梁极限荷载与结构钢筋初始锈胀裂缝面积之间存在一定的关系;箍筋锈胀产生的垂直裂缝会在加载过程中逐渐发展成为主裂缝,最终导致构件的破坏;随着纵筋锈蚀率的增大,试验梁由适筋破坏逐渐变成类似少筋破坏,部分试验梁发生了脆性破坏。
Carrying out the bending test of corroded RC beams, the flexural bearing capacity and failure mode of RC beams with different corrosion rates are studied. The results show that when the corrosion rate of the longitudinal beam of the test beam is low (ηz≤10%), the bearing capacity of the member decreases with the increase of the corrosion rate. When the longitudinal reinforcement corrosion rate is high, the corrosion rate has some uncertainties on the bearing capacity of the component.
