目的 :从病理学角度探讨心力舒滴鼻剂对阿霉素心脏毒性作用的影响。方法 :给大鼠腹腔注射盐酸阿霉素 ,累积剂量达 15mg/kg。实验大鼠分 6组 :对照组 (Con)、模型组 (Adr)、心力舒小剂量组 (AdrXl)、心力舒中剂量组 (AdrXm)、心力舒大剂量组 (AdrXh)、福辛普利组 (AdrF)。对各鼠心肌进行病理切片光镜检查及积分评定。结果 :Adr、AdrXl、AdrXm、AdrXh、AdrF组大鼠几乎均有病变 ,与对照组比较差别具有显著性 ;AdrXl、AdrXm、AdrXh、AdrF组心肌病变程度明显轻于模型组(P <0 0 0 1) ;而心力舒各剂量组心肌病变程度明显轻于福辛普利组。结论 :心力舒滴鼻剂能减轻阿霉素所致的心肌细胞损害。
Objective : To explore the effect of Xinlishu nasal drops on cardiotoxicity of adriamycin from pathological point of view. Methods: Rats were given intraperitoneal adriamycin injection at a cumulative dose of 15 mg/kg. Experimental rats were divided into 6 groups: control group (Con), model group (Adr), low-dose group (AdrXl), middle-dose group (AdrXm), high-dose group (AdrXh), fosinopril Group (AdrF). Each mouse myocardium was pathologically sectioned for light microscopy and scored. Results: There were almost all lesions in the Adr, AdrXl, AdrXm, AdrXh, and AdrF groups. The difference between the AdrXl, AdrXm, AdrXh, and AdrF groups was significantly lower than that of the model group (P <0 0. 1); and Xin Li Shu group of different doses of myocardial lesions was significantly smaller than the fosinopril group. Conclusion : Xinlishu nasal drops can reduce myocardial cell damage caused by doxorubicin.
