本文以问卷调查的方式,通过向黑龙江省132名中小学的校长和教师发放问卷,并运用SPASS13.0软件对调研结果进行了分析,对专家型校长的培养途径进行了研究。
In this paper, questionnaires are used to survey the principals and teachers of 132 primary and secondary schools in Heilongjiang Province. The questionnaire is analyzed with the help of SPASS13.0 software, and the ways of cultivating expert principals are studied.
