目的了解妇幼专科医院护理人员流失的原因,探讨相应的对策。方法采用问卷调查法对某三级甲等妇幼专科医院2012—2014年离职的护理人员进行调查。结果编制外护士离职是妇幼专科医院护理人员流失的主要人群。护士离职的主要原因是工作压力大、考入其他单位编制内和家庭因素,3年报告率分别为41.3%、38.1%和36.5%。54.0%离职护士建议增加发展机会。结论提高编制外护士待遇,增加转正机会等、缓解护理人员工作压力、提升护理人员抗压能力、营造和谐的工作环境,是建设和稳定护理队伍的重要举措;稳定护理队伍不仅能促使医院的发展,也是提升护理质量和医疗质量的重要保障。
Objective To understand the causes of the loss of nurses and nurses in maternity and child hospital and to explore the corresponding countermeasures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the nursing staff who left their job in 2012-2014 in a third class MCH hospital. Results The preparation of leave of nurses is the main population loss of nursing staff in maternity and adolescent hospitals. The main reasons for the departure of nurses were the pressure of work, the compilation into other units and family factors, and the three-year reporting rates were 41.3%, 38.1% and 36.5% respectively. 54.0% of resigned nurses suggested increasing development opportunities. Conclusion To improve the treatment of foreign nurses and increase the opportunities for referrals, it is an important measure to build and stabilize the nursing team by alleviating the working pressure of nurses and enhancing the pressure-resisting ability of nurses and creating a harmonious working environment. Stable nursing teams can not only promote the development of hospitals , But also to improve the quality of care and medical quality of the important guarantee.
