目的探讨碳酸氢钠是否对复方新诺明的体外抑菌作用产生影响。方法设计三个实验组:复方新诺明组,复方新诺明+碳酸氢钠组,碳酸氢钠组。选取对复方新诺明敏感的革兰氏阴性菌:痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌,和革兰氏阳性菌:肺炎杆菌、链球菌(D群)作为实验菌。分别用6种细菌进行30~43次不等的药敏试验,分别记录不同细菌的抑菌环直径进行统计,求得不同实验组平均抑菌环直径。结果复方新诺明组对6种细菌平均抑菌环直径在(17.367±1.564)~(25.475±1.414)mm;复方新诺明+碳酸氢钠组的抑菌环平均直径在(21.000±1.911)~(29.925±2.030)mm之间。碳酸氢钠组无抑菌环。经进行统计学分析,复方新诺明组和复方新诺明+碳酸氢钠组两组药物对6种不同细菌的抑菌环直径比较相差差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本实验结果说明碳酸氢钠本身无抑菌作用,但碳酸氢钠具有协同复方新诺明的抑菌作用。
Objective To investigate whether sodium bicarbonate affects the antibacterial activity of cotrimoxazole in vitro. Methods Three experimental groups were designed: cotrimoxazole group, cotrimoxazole + sodium bicarbonate group, sodium bicarbonate group. Gram-negative bacteria that are sensitive to cotrimoxazole are selected: dysentery bacillus, typhoid bacillus, paratyphoid paratyphi B, Escherichia coli and Gram-positive bacteria: Klebsiella pneumoniae and Streptococcus (group D) as experimental bacteria. Six kinds of bacteria were used respectively for thirty to thirty-three drug susceptibility tests. The diameters of bacteriostatic rings of different bacteria were recorded respectively, and the average diameters of bacteriostatic rings in different experimental groups were obtained. Results The mean diameter of antibacterial rings in the combination of cotrimoxazole and sodium bicarbonate was (17.367 ± 1.564) ~ (25.475 ± 1.414) mm; the average diameter of antibacterial rings in the cotrimoxazole + sodium bicarbonate group was (21.000 ± 1.911) ~ (29.925 ± 2.030) mm between. Sodium bicarbonate group without antibacterial ring. After statistical analysis, the compound cotrimoxazole and cotrimoxazole + sodium bicarbonate two groups of antibacterial rings of six different bacteria diameter difference was statistically significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion The results of this experiment showed that sodium bicarbonate itself has no antibacterial effect, but sodium bicarbonate has synergistic inhibitory effect of cotrimoxazole.
