目的探索小儿四肢静脉留置针穿刺成功后的固定方法，提高静脉留置针的留置时间。方法将200例患儿随机分成两组。实验组留置针用3M自粘弹性绷带固定。对照组用普通胶布、纸壳或夹板固定。观察两组留置针保留时间。结果实验组留置针保留时间明显大于对照组。结论用3M自粘弹性绷带固定小儿四肢静脉留置针的患儿舒适，留置时间长，且外表平整简洁，有较大的临床意义。“,”Objective To explore pediatric limbs venous indwelling needle puncture of the success of the fixed method, improve the indwelling time of venous indwelling needle.
