用低浓度(0.2%)秋水仙素溶液较长时间于温箱中处理华椒17种子及幼芽,使其染色体结构发生变异,从变异群体中选出优良性状的单株,育成的M-Ⅲ株系,其主要性状均能稳定遗传,产量极显著地高于华椒17和湘研1号(杂交种),果色、果肉比华椒17增深、增厚,果实商品性进一步提高。用G──显带法比较了华椒17和M2-Ⅲ的G──显带核型,两者之间的部分染色体在臂比、着丝粒位置等方面具有明显的差异。
