我矿有3台4m3电动挖掘机,采用(SCR-2F-D)可控硅励磁双励发电机电动机拖动系统,是我矿露天生产关键设备之一。机上的电器设备原来每隔2年调整1次,现在半年就要调整。原来设备电器的调试工作是一件繁琐调试过程,经过改进,调整时间大为缩短,步骤如下。1静态部分调试1.1两拍位移的测试两个位移端子挂上2块毫安表,合上电源2块表的读书应为5mA,两拍调整时数值要一样。1.2常见故障(1)如果两拍位移数值调整的过低(如3mA左右时),磁性触发器参数发生了改变,可控硅容易产生误导通。(2)两拍位移数值的过大时,磁性触发器放大系数会降低。

(2) When the two-shot displacement value is too large, the magnetic trigger amplification factor will decrease.
