运动神经元与其靶器官──骨胳肌之间有着密切的相互营养联系。骨胳肌需要完善的神经营养以保持其正常形态和功能；运动神经元的存活也依赖于与骨胳肌建立合适的联系。目前已基本公认骨胳肌组织中含有运动神经营养成分，并对此进行了大量的研究。本文就这方面研究的最新进展作一简要介绍。 Motor neurons and its target organ ─ ─ skeletal muscle has a close relationship between nutrition. Skeletal muscle requires complete neurotrophic to maintain its normal morphology and function; the survival of motor neurons also depends on the proper association with the skeletal muscle. At present it is generally accepted that skeletal muscle contains motor neurotrophic components and a great deal of research has been done on this. This article gives a brief introduction of the latest research progress in this area.
