对于和谐的定义有很多,胡锦涛主席把社会主义和谐社会定义为“民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处。”这是对和谐社会的确切定义。和谐贯穿于整个民族的工作、生活、学习之中,以和谐的理念引进高职教育,更符合人性化的要求。高职校是培养生产、经营、管理和服务一线的高技能人才和高素质劳动者的场所。要培养学生从知识型人才向技能型人才的转型,就要进行工学结合,学校与企业实现零距离接触。要使教学秩序良好地运行,离不开和谐的教学管理。惟有和谐,高职教育才能全面推广和发展。 There are many definitions of harmony. Harmonious throughout the nation’s work, life, learning, the concept of harmony to introduce higher vocational education, more in line with the requirements of humanity. Higher vocational schools are places for training highly skilled personnel and highly qualified laborers who are at the forefront of production, operation, management and service.
