从本质上来说,工学结合培养模式重在保障学生理论学习的基础上,深化提升学生的就业方面的专业技能,以实现以学促工和以工导学的教学目标。随着经济社会的发展和职业岗位的更替,人们越发重视这种工学结合培养模式,并基于高职院校的特色性培养目标,强烈要求在高职院校各专业学科教学活动中全面贯彻工学结合培养模式且深化教学革新,以便于为经济社会的可持续性发展培养专业技能水平高的通用性人才。因高职数学是一门应用广泛的基础性学科,因此,要求深化高职数学教师推进教学革新,提升高职生的专业应用技能,从而促使他们顺利实现就业。
