为了对立磨机工作参数进行合理优化,在分析球径、球配、填充率、转速的影响与选择范围的基础上,以有效破碎能为评价指标,运用EDEM软件建立立磨机仿真模型,采用单因素析因法和响应曲面法进行仿真实验,得出结果:在一定范围内,矿料的有效破碎能随着球径的增加而变大,当球径为70mm时矿料的有效破碎能最大,之后减小;随着球配的变大而减小,当球配为2∶1时最大;随着填充率的变大而增加,当填充率为30%时,有效破碎能最大,之后减小;随着主轴转速的提高而变大,呈递增趋势,两者基本满足线性关系。
