针对丙烯酸甲酯合成过程中存在的醋酸甲酯-甲醇-丙烯酸甲酯-水-三聚甲醛五元混合体系,提出了连续减压精馏回收醋酸甲酯工艺。采用Aspen模拟软件对该工艺进行了过程模拟和优化,得到了优化的操作工艺参数(进料位置、塔板数、回流比等),实现了醋酸甲酯的有效分离。同时,也对该体系分离过程进行了小试实验研究,实验结果表明,实验值与模拟值相吻合,从而进一步验证了模拟的可靠性,本研究为该工艺的工业化分离提供了重要的指导。
Aiming at the five methyl acetate-methanol-methyl acrylate-water-trioxane mixed system existed in the synthesis of methyl acrylate, a continuous vacuum distillation was proposed to recover the methyl acetate. Aspen simulation software was used to simulate and optimize the process, and optimized operation parameters (feed position, plate number, reflux ratio, etc.) were obtained, and the effective separation of methyl acetate was achieved. At the same time, a small experimental study was also conducted on the separation process of the system. The experimental results show that the experimental values are consistent with the simulated values, which further verify the reliability of the simulation. This study provides an important guide for the industrialization of the process.
