乘着改革开放的东风,我国经济实现了飞跃式的发展。与此同时,我国国有企业的人才流失现象也越来越严重,这间接说明了我国国有企业的人力资源管理出现了重大的问题。在高科技高速发展的今天,只有留住人才,企业才有生存发展的可能。本文对我国人力资源管理存在的问题进行了剖析,并且给出了其改善的建议和对策。
Taking the east wind of reform and opening up, China’s economy has achieved leapfrog development. At the same time, the phenomenon of brain drain in state-owned enterprises in our country is also becoming more and more serious. This indirectly shows that major problems have arisen in the human resources management of state-owned enterprises in our country. In the rapid development of high-tech today, only retain talent, companies have the possibility of survival and development. This article analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in our country, and gives some suggestions and countermeasures to improve it.
