本文对60例结核性及13例癌性胸水作了胸水溶菌酶(PLZM)测定。结果表明:结核性PLZM含量为18.9±1.9μg/ml;癌性PLZM含量为13.25±3.62μg/ml,两者差异非常显著(P<0.001)。其中部分患者同时作了血清溶菌酶(SLZM)含量测定,发现结核组PLZM/SLZM比值为1.29±0.2;癌症组PLZM/SLZM比值为0.98±0.38,两者也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。PLZM测定对鉴别结核性与癌性胸水具有较高的临床价值。如同时作SLZM测定,计算PLZM/SLZM,意义则更大。
In this paper, pleural effusion enzyme (PLZM) was determined in 60 cases of tuberculous and 13 cases of cancerous pleural effusion. The results showed that the content of tuberculous PLZM was 18.9 ± 1.9μg / ml; the content of cancerous PLZM was 13.25 ± 3.62μg / ml, the difference was significant (P <0.001). Some patients also had serum lysozyme (SLZM) assay. The PLZM / SLZM ratio in tuberculosis group was 1.29 ± 0.2. The PLZM / SLZM ratio in cancer group was 0.98 ± 0.38. There was also significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). PLZM determination of differential diagnosis of tuberculous and pleural effusion has a high clinical value. As for SLZM measurement at the same time, calculate PLZM / SLZM, the significance is even greater.
