以盐敏感荞麦品种TQ-0808为实验材料,研究不同浓度外源苹果酸和柠檬酸对盐胁迫下荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的效应。结果表明,适当浓度的外源苹果酸和柠檬酸对盐胁迫下荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长有明显的促进效应,特别是种子发芽率、活力指数及幼苗鲜重表现得较为明显,说明适当浓度的外源苹果酸和柠檬酸对盐胁迫具有较好的缓解作用,0.4 mmol/L苹果酸及0.8 mmol/L柠檬酸对盐胁迫下荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的促进作用最佳。
Salt-sensitive buckwheat variety TQ-0808 was used as experimental material to study the effects of different concentrations of malate and citric acid on seed germination and seedling growth of buckwheat under salt stress. The results showed that exogenous malate and citric acid had obvious effects on seed germination and seedling growth under salt stress, especially seed germination rate, vigor index and fresh weight of seedling were more obvious, indicating that the appropriate concentration of Exogenous malic acid and citric acid had good alleviating effects on salt stress. 0.4 mmol / L malic acid and 0.8 mmol / L citric acid had the best promoting effect on the seed germination and seedling growth under salt stress.
