采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定不同蔬菜中铅、砷、汞、镉、铬、铝、镍,并对分析方法进行研究。选择对应质量数,采用氦气碰撞模式,调节碰撞气和积分时间来提高灵敏度,同传统测定方式相比,具有样品处理简单,测定速度快,灵敏度高等明显优势。检出限为0.001~0.010 mg/kg,线性相关系数≥0.999 5,精密度RSD≤7.02%,加标范围在0.048~60 mg/kg,回收率在91.6%~105.9%之间。
Determination of lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium, chromium, aluminum and nickel in different vegetables by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The analytical methods were also studied. Select the corresponding mass, the use of helium collision mode, adjust the collision gas and integration time to improve the sensitivity, compared with the traditional measurement methods, with sample processing is simple, fast determination, high sensitivity and obvious advantages. The detection limit was 0.001 ~ 0.010 mg / kg, the linear correlation coefficient was ≥0.999 5, the precision RSD was less than or equal to 7.02%, the spiked range was 0.048 ~ 60 mg / kg and the recovery was between 91.6% and 105.9%.
