采用薄层扫描法测定保康冲剂中延胡索乙素的含量。延胡索乙素点样量在 0 16～ 0 81μg的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数为 0 9970 ,回收率为 96 2 %。本方法操作简便 ,灵敏度高 ,结果准确可靠。
Determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Baokang Granules by TLC Scanning. There was a good linear relationship between peak area and the range of 0 16～0 81μg. The correlation coefficient was 0 9970 and the recovery rate was 96 2%. This method is easy to operate, with high sensitivity and accurate and reliable results.
