Bacterial 16S rDNA fragment was used as a molecular marker and PCR-DGGE (Denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis) method was used to construct the bacterial fingerprint. The effects of streptomycin sulfate, oxytetracycline and ampicillin on the shrimp ponds were studied. The results showed that in the 120h experimental period, compared with the control group, the water of seedling pond was treated with 0.5mg · mL-1 streptomycin sulfate, oxytetracycline and ampicillin respectively, The bacterial DGGE bands in the 0-30h period of water in the control group were grouped into one group and the bands in the sampling period of 56-120h were grouped together. In the three treatment groups, the bacterial DGGE The bands were clustered in one group and clustered at 72-120 h.The typical bands of DGGE were sequenced and compared by BLAST-N, which indicated that the bacterial diversity in shrimp ponds was rich, including culturable bacteria Bacillus subtilis, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Rhodobacter sphaeroides, Mermaid luminescent bacilli, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Actinobacillus ochraceus, Flavobacterium, filamentous photosynthetic bacteria, myxobacteria, Vibrio harveyi) and some other uncultured marine bacteria. , Monocytogenes, photobacterium, actinomycetes Flavobacterium, myxobacteria and two other non-marine bacteria culture is not affected by antibiotic; and sulfur bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria and filamentous eight more other marine bacteria uncultured different types of antibiotics produced due to different temporal and spatial variation.
