[目的]了解近年来某科研单位人员血脂异常情况及其变化趋势,为采取有效预防措施提供依据。[方法]抽取清晨空腹静脉血进行血脂检测。对检测结果应用SPSS11.5软件整理数据,采用χ2检验计数资料进行分析。[结果]2005、2006、2007年高血脂异常检出率分别为52.13%、36.57%、35.96%,变化趋势差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.332,P﹤0.01)。不同年龄、不同职业高血脂异常检出率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。[结论]该研究机构科研人员血脂异常检出率有逐年下降趋势,但仍高于国内的有关文献报道,须进一步加强预防保健工作。
[Objective] To understand the situation of dyslipidemia and its changing trend in a scientific research unit in recent years, and provide the basis for effective preventive measures. [Method] Fasting venous blood was taken for lipids detection. The test results using SPSS11.5 software to organize data, using χ2 test count data for analysis. [Results] The detection rates of hyperlipidemia in 2005, 2006 and 2007 were 52.13%, 36.57% and 35.96%, respectively. The trend of change was statistically significant (χ2 = 26.332, P <0.01). The detection rate of dyslipidemia among different ages and occupations was statistically significant (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The detection rate of dyslipidemia in research institutes in this research institution has been declining year by year, but it is still higher than that reported in the domestic literature, so it is necessary to further strengthen preventive health care work.
