讨论了管理与绩效管理的关系。作者根据多年从事人力资源管理工作的经验和研究分析发现,在管理与绩效管理之间存在四个“统一”:主体、客体、过程、目的。根据这四个“统一”,提出了管理就等于绩效管理的观点。
Discussed the relationship between management and performance management. The author has found out that there are four “unifications” between management and performance management based on his experience and research in human resource management for many years: the subject, the object, the process, and the purpose. According to these four “unity,” the viewpoint that management is equal to performance management is proposed.
