在这个信息化高度发达的今天,广告无处不在,无论是通过网络、报纸、杂志等新闻媒介,还是宣传单等传统手段,广告都无时无刻不被传播。明星代言广告也逐渐成为了一种潮流。企业通过这种手段扩大了自身的影响力,同时明星也在代言广告的过程中提高了自身的知名度。而我国长期以来对于明星代言广告这一行为并没有作出具体规定,使得明星代言虚假广告给消费者造成损害的情况成为法律上的空白,虽然已经出台的一些法律法规对于明星代言食品等问题作出了相关规定,但这些规定显然无法解决目前所产生的问题。因此,我国在明星代言广告所产生的法律法规方面亟待明确和完善。

Therefore, our country urgently needs to be clear and complete in the laws and regulations that the celebrity endorsers advertise.
