从分析目前常州科教城5所高职院校教师教学能力现状出发,结合有关文献和理论,以提升高职教师教学能力为目的,对构建教师自主发展平台进行了分析和探讨。 Based on the analysis of the current situation of teachers ’teaching abilities in five higher vocational colleges in Changzhou, this paper analyzed and discussed the construction of teachers’ self-development platform with the aim of improving the teaching abilities of teachers in higher vocational schools.
