近年来我国风电装机容量急速增长,并呈现大规模、集中开发的特点,新能源的大规模接入带来了风电大规模消纳的问题,而现有的销售电价机制制约了风电的就地消纳和远距离输送。为促进风电发展,需制订出台有利于新能源大规模消纳的配套电价政策。基于销售电价基本理论,建立了本地消纳和远距离消纳的风电销售定价模型,并利用该模型以甘肃风电为例进行就近消纳和远距离消纳的测算,提出了有利于风电消纳的销售电价策略,证明了模型的有效性。
In recent years, the installed capacity of wind power in our country has witnessed a rapid growth, showing the characteristics of large-scale and concentrated development. The large-scale access to new energy has brought about the problem of large-scale wind power consumption. However, the existing sales price mechanism restricts the on-site Consumers and long-distance transport. In order to promote the development of wind power, it is necessary to formulate a supporting electricity tariff policy that is conducive to the massive consumption of new energy. Based on the basic theory of sales price, this paper establishes a wind power sales pricing model based on local consumption and long-distance consumption, and takes the Gansu wind power as an example to calculate the recent consumption and long-distance consumption, The sales price strategy proves the validity of the model.
