报道了激光二极管(LD)抽运的国产Yb:YAG陶瓷高功率被动调Q激光器。实验中使用半导体可饱和吸收镜(SESAM)作为调Q元件,在6.3 W的吸收抽运功率下得到了被动调Q激光脉冲输出。调Q激光脉冲的最大平均输出功率为1.24 W,脉冲宽度为2.93μs,重复频率为31kHz,单脉冲能量为40μJ。国产Yb:YAG陶瓷的连续激光和调Q激光的性能研究表明,高质量国产Yb:YAG陶瓷在高功率短脉冲固体激光器方面有潜在的应用价值。
The domestic Yb: YAG ceramic high power passive Q-switched laser with laser diode (LD) pumping is reported. In this experiment, a semiconductor saturable absorption mirror (SESAM) was used as a Q-switching element, and a passive Q-switched laser pulse output was obtained at an absorption pumping power of 6.3 W. The maximum average output power of Q-switched laser pulses is 1.24 W, the pulse width is 2.93 μs, the repetition frequency is 31 kHz and the single-pulse energy is 40 μJ. Domestic Yb: YAG ceramic continuous laser and Q-switched laser performance studies show that high-quality domestic Yb: YAG ceramics have potential applications in high power short pulse solid state lasers.
