中国现有的行业龙头企业不再一红就死,却一红就平庸。企业分为三六九等。与之相适应,企业在经营管理上,也具有根本性的不同。但三十多年来中国的理论界在试图让各类企业秉持大致相同的经营思想和经营方法,这使得中国的经营者要么拔苗助长,要么用追随者的方法充当行业龙头企业。三类企业并非所有的企业都能做大,也并非所有的企业都能够当作事业来做。从一个企业的发展历程来看,可以分为三个阶段:求生存、拥有一定的市场地位、行业龙头。而对企业群体进行分类,大致也可以分为三类:求生存的企业、拥有一定市场地位的企业和行业龙头企业。
China’s existing leading enterprises in the industry will no longer die red, but a red on the mediocre. Enterprises are divided into 369 and so on. With its adaptation, business management, but also has a fundamental difference. From a business development process point of view, can be divided into three stages: to survive, have a certain market position, the industry leader. The classification of business groups, generally can be divided into three categories: seeking survival of enterprises, have a certain market position of enterprises and industry leaders.
