目的探讨人脑胶质瘤中MMP-9表达与纤维束损害的相关性。方法利用磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)技术确定患者术前脑胶质瘤对纤维束的损害程度、应用免疫组织化学方法检测脑胶质瘤术后肿瘤切片中MMP-9的表达水平,并分析两者的相关性。结果在低级别胶质瘤中,肿瘤对纤维束损害比较轻微,肿瘤和纤维束的关系以“相邻”为主,MMP-9几乎无表达;而在高级别胶质瘤中,肿瘤对纤维束损害严重,两者的关系以“浸润和破坏”为主,MMP-9高度表达。结论脑胶质瘤的恶性度越高,其对纤维束的损害程度越严重,肿瘤中MMP-9的表达水平越高,此二者的高度相关性将为脑胶质瘤的序贯治疗方案提供新的指导。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and damage of fiber bundles in human glioma. Methods The extent of preoperative glioma damage to the fiber bundle was determined by diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DTI) technique. The expression of MMP-9 in glioma was detected by immunohistochemistry Analysis of the correlation between the two. Results In low-grade gliomas, the damage to the fiber bundles was relatively slight. The relationship between the tumor and the fiber bundles was mainly “adjacent”, with almost no expression of MMP-9. Conclusions The higher the degree of malignancy of glioma, the more serious it damages the fiber bundles.
