人力资源在医院的现代化管理中处于核心地位,其配置合理性、管理模式科学性、是否先进和有时代特色,这直接影响到医院发展、生存和医疗行业竞争力。本文阐述了激励理论和激励机制,并且还对医院现状和人力资源的管理特点,提出构建激励机制重要意义和详细的构建思路。
Human resources are at the core of the hospital’s modern management, and its configuration rationality, scientific management mode, advanced and time-specific characteristics have a direct impact on the development, survival and competitiveness of the hospital industry. This essay elaborates the motivation theory and motivation mechanism, and also puts forward the important meaning and the detailed construction thought of constructing the motivation mechanism to the present situation of the hospital and the management characteristics of human resources.
