本课例将投掷教材作为发展学生体能的载体,在加强学情研究的基础上,围绕体能发展的敏感期、投掷方式的多样化展开研究。在体能拓展的系统化、动作组合的多样化、评价标准的多维化、课标理解的精细化等方面有了更多的思考与启悟。
This lesson will use throwing textbooks as a vehicle for the development of students’ physical fitness. On the basis of strengthening academic research, this study will focus on the sensitive period of physical energy development and the diversification of throwing methods. There is more thinking and enlightenment in terms of systematization of physical development, diversification of action combinations, multidimensional evaluation criteria, and refinement of curriculum standards.
