在大学英语的教学改革中,本文以人本主义为导向,时刻注重学生的个体差异和个性特点、密切关注学生认知能力以及学习方式,在教学中既要因材施教,也要把握语言学习规律,积极发挥学生的主观能动性和创造性;以微课为教学手段,调动学生学习的内在动力,创造性地发展每个学生的特长和个性,对教学活动进行监督和指导,强调学生知识习得的过程、增强学生探索和应用知识的愉悦感,抚平学生在学习过程中的情绪障碍,战胜心理困扰,使他们在学习过程中的情感体验具有成就感,改变大学英语教学中费时低效的状况。
In the teaching reform of college English, this paper takes humanism as the orientation, pays attention to individual differences and personality traits of students all the time.
