眼内异物摘出成功否,与手术前X线拍片定位的准确程度和手术时选择切口的位置有直接关系。拍片时常因眼球转动使异物的像点位置出现不同程度的偏差。尤其是正位片更容易出现,特别是后极部异物像点的位置因眼球偏斜5°就有2毫米左右的误差。故必须首先通过异物像点在正、侧、轴三位图中同一坐标长度对应相等的关系,校正拍片时造成的误差,即将X光片中偏斜的像点复位。这是进一步分析异物的基础。
