桥梁工程造价管理系统中,受损劣化桥梁结构的维护成本优化模型设计是维持桥梁安全,降低工程成本,保证服务水平的重要保证。传统的受损桥梁维护成本优化模型不能有效满足寿命期内维护成本现值最小化和状态指标最大化的原则。本文提出了基于能量补给生存期评估的受损桥梁维护成本优化模型,设计了常规维护模型、基于性能的维护策略模型和基于综合维护策略下的能量补给生存周期评估模型。数值仿真得出,该模型能提高桥梁结构可靠评估性,优化维护成本,在有限的财政资金下,得到成本现值最小的维护方案,节约维护成本15%。
Bridge engineering cost management system, the deterioration of the bridge structure of the maintenance cost optimization model design is to maintain the bridge safety, reduce construction costs, ensure service level is an important guarantee. Traditional damage bridge maintenance cost optimization model can not effectively meet the life-time minimization of the present value of the maintenance cost and the maximization of the state indicators. In this paper, an optimization model for the maintenance cost of damaged bridges based on the assessment of energy supply survival is proposed. The conventional maintenance model, the performance-based maintenance strategy model and the energy supply life-cycle assessment model are designed based on the comprehensive maintenance strategy. Numerical simulation results show that this model can improve the reliability of bridge structure and optimize the maintenance cost. With the limited financial resources, the maintenance program with the lowest present cost can be obtained, saving 15% of the maintenance cost.
