据不完全统计,截至2010年底,昆山市劳动争议同比下降40%,安全生产事故同比下降3%,员工流动率同比下降4%左右。去年上半年,昆山市总联合劳动等8个部门联合提出推进体面劳动的意见,让广大劳动群众实现体面劳动,进一步构建和谐劳动关系。在推进体面劳动中,昆山工会突出了“五个动”。一是党政推动。市委市政府将“建立健全职工收入增长机制”列入年度重点工作加以部署和落实,考核结果与奖金和干部晋升挂钩,把是否开展平等协商集体合同工作,作为企业评先评优的基本条件。二
